1. Bow to flags before entering and leaving the Do Jang.
2. Keep uniform clean at all times with the academy emblem.
3. Address all instructors as: “Mr.” or “Ms.” and answer questions: “Yes, Sir/Ma’am” or “No, Sir/Ma’am”.
4. Memorize the student creed and recite it in unison at the beginning of class.
5. No one allowed in workout area except in uniform.
6. Do not wear shoes in the workout area.
7. No talking in Do Jang during class.
8. Do not chew gum or drink beverages while in the workout area.
9. No smoking allowed in Do Jang.
10. Do not use profanity at any time in Do Jang.
11. No free sparring allowed without protective equipment and Instructor’s permission.
12. Report to the Instructor when unable to attend class for more than one week.
13. Parents may stay and watch their children, but loud talking and laughing will not and cannot be tolerated.
14. When coming into class late, report to the instructor before participating in class.
15. All students must wear white uniforms only. Blue belts and above may wear Black Rank Uniforms. See instructor for information. All instructors will be issued Black Pine tree uniforms, to be worn while teaching classes.
16. Students must line up in appropriate uniform (Jacket or AMAA T-shirt and pants) with attendance card in hand. All students will have AMAA student patch on uniform.
17. LIGHT TOUCH contact to the headgear only (not face) and above the belt to the body is allowed in free sparring.
18. Do not disturb the instructor when he/she is teaching a class other than yours.
19. Weapons will be practiced only in weapon’s class or at other times designated by the instructors.
