to our September Graduates / Students at the Halloween party!
We teach
Korean based Martial Arts with emphasis on
Tae Kwon Do and
Tang Soo Do.
We also provide instruction in
Iyengar Yoga. For those seeking an aerobic workout, we offer
Cardio-Kickboxing.
And for the "little ones" we have our new and thrilling
Pee Wee Program. Other popular activities include Sparring, Kickboxing,
and rape-escape classes by arrangement to name a few.
